I also made these cute little chocolate cupcakes. The icing is white chocolate buttercream (to be honest I only do white chocolate buttercream all the time because it tastes a hell of a lot better than standard buttercream made with vegetable shortening) and little royal icing roses on top. I did about 30 of the roses in two hours in my cake decorating class on Tuesday night, not a bad effort!
